Who won our Classic Christmas Hamper?

Earlier this week we told you about our fantastic competition where you could win one of these Classic Christmas Hampers from Fortnum & Mason – worth £150!

The response has been phenomenal and the competition really tight – you all must be desperate to get your hands on one of these!

We are proud to announce the winner as Matt Page from Start Creative, with a finish time of – you’ll never believe it – 27 SECONDS!

As it’s Christmas, we’ll also be sending out some mince pies to the unlucky top-4 runners up: Paloma Reed (M&C Saatchi), Chloe Robinson (AMV BBDO), Aine Donovan (AMV BBDO) and Matt ‘MY FINGERS HURT’ Statham (McCann Erickson).

Hello Peeps,

Well sorry for the lack of posts lately. January was sooooo cold I spent most of it snuggled away in the mouse towers fattening up on Camembert. A belated New Year to you all.

So I’m back and I wanted to tell you about a couple of competitions that I organised at the end of last year.

The guys here always seem to be so busy stressing out over work and things they call ‘pitches’!? Personally I don’t know what all the fuss is about. So I decided we need to lighten it up a bit with these super brilliant games.

First of all we had the countdown game, Jo Griffiths from MCBD answered correctly so a bottle of bubbly was sent out to her.
Then we created a firework flash game. Stuart Davis at JWT was the highest scorer-er so a special firework hamper was whizzed over to him.
The latest one was our digital Christmas Card – the aim was to find little old me as quick as you possibly could amongst the Carnaby Street madness! Kate Mahoney at BMB suceeded so we rewarded her with a with a super lovely Christmas hamper from Fortnum and Mason. Woo hoo!

I have loads more fun in store for 2009 so if you work at an advertising agency and want to join the mailing list. QUICK!! There’s prizes to be won!

CHI Christmas Party

Last night I had the pleasure of going to the CHI Christmas do, and wow what a night it was!
The venue: The Haywood Gallery. The theme: Cluedo!
On arrival I was greeted with lots of free Champagne, oh how lovely…. Then I dined on an array of wonderful canapes and little tin pots of sausages and mashed potatoes, yummy yummy.
The first room I went in was divided into sections, just like the board game – so I spent some time in the Billiard room playing… Ermm, Billiards! Thankfully I had some help from Kathy Howes from CHI as I wasn’t getting on very well with the big scarey stick thing!
Then the police came, it was suddenly very loud and scary – they arrested us ALL and we were sent to jail!
Don’t worry though folks, jail was simply fabulous, lots of cocktails, live music and hunky men dancing and taking their clothes off which the girls (and some of the boys) seemed to like. So we danced the rest of the night away in style.

It was great evening – thanks for the invite CHI!

Ta ra for now.
